1.5lb(24) Jalapenos, washed, stems cut off but leave the seeds
1.5large OnionsPeeled and quartered
8clovesGarlic
Juice from 2 Lemons
Juice from 2 Limes
1/4cupVinegar
2tspSaltTo taste
Instructions
Put all veggies on a baking sheet and roast in the oven at 450 degrees for 7 min.
Stir and roast for another 7 min until softened and lightly charred.
Transfer all veggies to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour sauce into a large saucepan and stir frequently over high heat until sauce begins to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Enjoy on everything!
